Brick Hall is Tournant’s commissary kitchen and event space. They are launching brunch and lunch service with hopes of becoming an industry spot to get good food in Oregon wine country. The goal for this shoot was to create imagery that can be used to market this new dining concept. I art directed and styled individual plates from their tasting menu as well as group dining experiences on-site.
